Friendly staff were kind and respectful, especially at the front desk where help was provided for a family with young children. The room was clean, spacious enough to open two large luggage, had air conditioning, a safe box, fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, and was cleaned every day. The location was great with metro line 4 and tram T3a stops right outside the hotel along with several bus stations making public transport very convenient, cafes and a bakery were nearby.
