The apartment was spacious and clean with two double bedrooms, two pull-out beds in the sitting room, a fully-stocked kitchen including a dishwasher and laundry, and a small balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower sparkling. The location was lively with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, a mini-market across the street, and a Monoprix supermarket less than 100m away, Blanche metro station was just across the road. Philippe was a wonderful host who met guests on arrival, explained everything clearly, helped immediately when there was an issue with the dishwasher, provided full ice trays in the freezer during hot weather, and even walked guests to the grocery store nearby.
