Damage Deposit • Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. • This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: • Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. • Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. • Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: • Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). COVID-19 Guidelines • In line with government guidelines to minimize Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, additional documentation may be requested.

Loud music, pets, and smoking are prohibited on the property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund.

Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking outside designated areas will incur a charge.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the damages deposit as agreed before your check in.
