House Rules & Restrictions: • Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. • Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. • Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Loud music, pets, and smoking are prohibited on the property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund.

Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking outside designated areas will incur a charge.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the damages deposit as agreed before your check in.
