Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to preauthorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. Damage Deposit
• Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in.
• This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.
House Rules & Restrictions:
• Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests.
• Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking.
• Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages.
Additional Amenities:
• Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).
