Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a prearranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. All checkins after 19:00 on the date of arrival has to be confirmed with the property beforehand. Checkin after this time cannot be guaranteed if not confirmed by the property.
