Helpful and friendly staff at the 24-hour reception desk guided us with tube maps and local information, breakfast had a good choice in a quirky subterranean dining room, and the modern rooms were clean with comfortable beds and powerful showers that made the bathroom floor wet, the hotel was near Gare de Lyon but located in a dangerous part of Paris.
