The hotel offered a clean and comfortable room with a modern, sleek design. Staff were friendly and attentive, providing 24/7 reception service. Coffee, tea, juice, and filtered water were available throughout the day. The location was excellent, close to metro stations, bus stops, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast included fresh fruit, yoghurt, and French cheese.
