Friendly and polite staff, especially Thomas at the front desk, were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was served in the room or dining area with freshly baked goods, fruit, omelets, yogurt, juices, coffee and tea. The room was comfortable with crisp linens, a bathtub to soak in each evening, and looked out onto a quiet courtyard from the third floor. The hotel had towel warmers and a full service espresso/latte machine plus tea available in the lobby along with afternoon desserts. Location was perfect for walking to Saint Germain des Pres metro station just one block away as well as shopping destinations like Bon Marche department store and sights such as L'Orangerie and Notre Dame within walking distance.
