The amount depends on the size of the apartment: EUR 500 for an apartment of less than 40m2, EUR 1000 for an apartment of 40 to 59m2, EUR 1500 for an apartment of 60 to 79 m2 and EUR 2000 for an apartment of more than 80 m2.

A surcharge of EUR 35 applies for arrivals between 20:00-22:00, EUR 50 for arrivals after 22:00, and EUR 35 for arrivals on Sundays or public holidays.
