Panoramic view from the 9th floor was exceptional with sights of the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre, and the apartment was very spacious, bright, and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and parking was safe and included in the rental. The concierge in the building was helpful, metro stations Goncourt (5 minutes) and Republique (20 minutes on foot) were close by, with many cafes and a supermarket nearby.
