We had a pleasant stay at a clean, friendly hotel right in the center with easy access to landmarks, transport, and some great cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was always stocked, plus having cold, filtered water at reception was a really nice touch before heading out or coming back.
