Paid Check-in: outside of business hours between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, fee: €100
Between 10:00 PM and midnight, fee: €200

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy as you received it at check-in (no hair, labels, or other objects thrown on the floor, stains, or marks on sheets or other surfaces), and no objects or furniture must be moved.
Any disturbances in the layout or hygiene will be automatically deducted from your deposit, which was already blocked on booking.com at the time of your reservation.

Any violation of the establishment's rules will result in automatic cancellation and immediate vacancy.
For your safety, the street is equipped with a video surveillance system.
Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.
