Friendly staff helped with luggage before check-in and after check-out, and responded quickly to questions. The apartment was clean, comfortable for a family of four, with air conditioning working perfectly and kitchen utensils available. Location was excellent with metro 3 minutes away, RER train 12 minutes away, bus stops within 3-5 minutes, close to attractions, shops, and restaurants. Security was good in the center of Paris. Towels, coffee, and shower gel were provided.
