Comfortable apartment with two double beds, a big bathroom with tub and shower, double sinks, electric hob, microwave/grill, and good fridge was very quiet facing the backyard in central Paris. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with while the area had a metro station on line 4 nearby along with supermarkets including Lidl and a bakery on the corner. Double doors with coded entry and deadlock made the apartment feel very safe.
