If you plan to arrive outside of the reception hours, please contact At Home Hotel directly, to request a late check-in and to know if it can be provided. Please note that if the procedure cannot be arranged, the agency cannot guarantee the reservation. The check-out procedure will be expained to you day of arrival.
Check-out time is 10am the latest, any arrangement for later check-out can only be provided and agreed by us. Any Late chack-out which was not agreed will be charge for extra fee on the deposit.
You will receive bed linen for the length of your stay . You must show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. The rental will be made under the name of the person who paid for the reservation.
