Friendly staff, especially Ms. Andrea and Stephanie at reception, were very helpful and attentive from A to Z. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a good variety. The room was clean, comfortable with excellent heating facilities for a winter break. Location was very central, close to the Champs-Élysées, metro, dining and shopping options.
