The staff were adorable, smiley, welcoming, helpful, and professional with names like Zora, Maria, Omega, Medhi, Majda, and Noemy mentioned. The room was clean and cozy with a small balcony that added a nice touch while the bathroom and toilet were separate for convenience. Breakfast had a wide selection including gluten-free bread options. The location was great with easy access to three metro lines and close to Place d'Italie as well as restaurants nearby.
