Clean rooms had comfortable beds with tea and coffee available, and bathrooms seemed relatively new but could use renewal. Friendly staff helped with luggage storage before check-in and receptionists were lovely. Breakfast was basic yet sufficient, sometimes charged, and consistent each morning. Location was excellent near the Metro, directly on the line from Gare du Est, in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants within walking distance.
