Friendly and attentive staff left a note with balloons for a birthday celebration and upgraded the room to include a Parisian balcony, while afternoon cake and complimentary pastries were served, the room had a Smeg kettle, safe at no extra charge, L'occitane toiletries in the shower, comfortable beds, and was clean with nice decor, location was great near Montmartre on a quiet street with many restaurants and close to train stations.
