Friendly staff were very helpful and polite, the room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough with a nice bathroom and air conditioning. The bed was comfy and the kettle in the room had daily restock of water, coffee, and tea bags. The location was perfect near Opera Garnier and Galleries Lafayette with easy access to BigBus Tours bus stop and taxis to Louvre, Montmartre, and airport.
