Close to metro and tram stops, the location provided easy access to rail links, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe at night, away from tourist crowds. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good-sized beds, quality toiletries, a minibar, fridge, TV, bathrobes, slippers, and plentiful hangers. Staff spoke English fluently and were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast in a pleasant dining area within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe.
