The location was perfect with the hotel entrance right outside Metro line 13 and beside the tram, giving easy access to anywhere in Paris. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with Biden keeping luggage for six days after checkout at no extra cost. The room was clean and internet access on the fourth floor was stable.
