We found the location really convenient for getting around North Paris and the St. Deniz area, with great local cafes at fair prices and parking available nearby for 30/night. The neighborhood felt friendly both day and night, though Rue St. Deniz is lively with legal prostitution. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed, plus our agent David gave us a week’s supply of Nescafe pods. The bathrooms were spotless with two showers, two toilets, and three sinks in the small space, and the apartment was super clean with strong water pressure and comfy but smaller beds, all very quiet at night.
