The location was very good, with easy access to metro and bus stations. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, quiet, and equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was decent and available on-site. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was offered for convenience.
